MP INTRALOGISTIC Series P500 is the modern and versatile vehicle/platform suitable for transport and picking of goods. The large loading platform allows the loading on board of many different items and makes the unit a fast and safe vehicle, in order to increase the Company’s productivity and efficiency
- Thanks to its compact dimensions, with a usable space of 800 x 1200 and a maximum length of only 2100 mm, this platform is suitable for carrying out any type of activity, where an efficient maneuverability is required in narrow spaces, from the daily provision of lines of production, to transfers of packages to various warehouses. With a transportable weight of 700 kg, it can overcome slopes of 9%.
- Usable in outdoor or indoor environments, with industrial-type flooring, or with asphalt with modest irregularities.
- Comfort for intensive use, thanks to the possibility of installing the front shock absorber system (optional).
- With the possibility of selecting 2 slow/fast speeds, it is possible to define the function modes, from acceleration to speed, to stopping time, depending on the type of towing. It is possible to customize this type of vehicle for each type of towing.
- The data visualization tool located on the control panel allows you to always display working hours, battery charge status, and possibly all the codes of a possible anomaly under control, the latter for rapid identification of anomalies in the vehicle.
- The handlebar guide makes it easy for all people to use this vehicle safely and intuitively.
- The loading/treading platform of only 260 mm, allows an easy and ergonomic ascent and descent, both goods and the operator.
- All main components such as electric motors, electronics, controls, are produced by the main Italian companies in the sector.
- It is built entirely of steel, with the main controls like accelerator and reverse gear “Domino” used by the most prestigious motorcycle brands, which distinguish its solidity and efficiency over time.
- The entire manufacturing process such as research and development, design, prototyping and production takes place in our factory in Rio Saliceto, nearby Reggio Emilia, Italy.
- It is provided with the supply of 120 Ah 24V lead-acid batteries, with automatic refilling, which bring the vehicle’s autonomy to about 35 km.
